Deck Purchases TAPNTAROT may offer decks through: * Permanent Purchase * Point Purchase * Subscription Access * Promotional Access Purchasing or unlocking a deck grants a limited, non-transferable license to use that deck within TAPNTAROT. No ownership rights are transferred. Unless otherwise required by law, digital purchases are final and non-refundable. --- # 9. Referral Program TAPNTAROT may offer referral rewards, credits, points, promotional benefits, or incentives. We reserve the right to: * Modify referral programs * Cancel referral programs * Reverse improperly earned rewards * Suspend abusive accounts Fraudulent activity, self-referrals, fake accounts, automated referrals, or manipulation of referral systems may result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards. --- # 10. Deck License and Usage Rights All tarot decks, oracle decks, card images, artwork, card backs, guidebooks, deck descriptions, graphics, creator content, and related materials available through TAPNTAROT are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Access to a deck grants a license to use the deck within TAPNTAROT only. No ownership rights are transferred. --- ## Commercial Content Creation Permission Users are granted permission to display TAPNTAROT decks and card images while creating: * YouTube videos * Livestreams * Podcasts * TikTok content * Facebook content * Instagram content * Educational content * Review content * Demonstration content * Reading content Users may monetize such content through: * Advertising revenue * Sponsorships * Membership programs * Donations * Platform creator programs * Similar monetization methods provided that deck artwork itself is not redistributed as a standalone product. --- ## Prohibited Uses of Deck Content Unless expressly authorized in writing by CoPop Media LLC or the applicable creator, users may not: * Resell card artwork * Print decks for resale * Redistribute card image files * Upload deck artwork to stock image websites * Create competing deck products using TAPNTAROT artwork * Sell merchandise using deck artwork * Mint deck artwork as NFTs * Remove creator attribution * Claim ownership of deck artwork * Use deck artwork to train artificial intelligence systems * Extract card images for resale or redistribution All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. --- # 11. Creator Rights Creators retain ownership of original content submitted to TAPNTAROT. By uploading or publishing content through TAPNTAROT, creators grant CoPop Media LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: * Host * Display * Store * Market * Promote * Distribute * Operate such content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. Creators represent that they own or properly license all submitted content. --- # 12. User Content Users may upload: * Notes * Reading records * Images * Deck content * Descriptions * Marketplace content You remain responsible for all content you submit. You agree not to upload content that: * Violates laws * Infringes intellectual property rights * Contains malware * Harasses others * Is fraudulent or deceptive We reserve the right to remove content at our sole discretion. --- # 13. Compliance With Applicable Laws Users agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws when using the Service.
